1.1. These Airdrop & Promotional Terms (hereinafter — the "Terms") govern all promotional activities, token distributions (Airdrops), and bonus offers conducted by Aldex Win Ltd (hereinafter — the "Company").
1.2. By participating in any promotion or Airdrop, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of the Company.
2.1. Participation in any Airdrop or promotion is strictly limited to Users who have successfully completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
2.2. Only one participation per person, household, IP address, and device is permitted.
2.3. The Company reserves the right to exclude Users from certain jurisdictions due to local regulatory restrictions or internal risk assessments.
3.1. Airdropped tokens or bonuses are distributed at the sole discretion of the Company.
3.2. Distribution may be subject to specific actions (e.g., social media tasks, minimum deposit, wagering requirements).
3.3. No Financial Value: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, airdropped tokens within the platform do not have an inherent monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency outside the Company’s ecosystem until specific conditions are met.
4.1. Most promotions come with wagering requirements (wager). This means the bonus/airdrop amount must be bet a certain number of times before it can be converted into "Real Money" balance.
4.2. Capping: The Company reserves the right to cap (limit) the maximum amount of winnings that can be withdrawn from any "No-Deposit" promotion or Airdrop.
4.3. Any attempt to withdraw funds before meeting the wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the entire bonus and any accumulated winnings.
5.1. The Company has a zero-tolerance policy toward Promotional Abuse, which includes but is not limited to:
6.1. The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion, Airdrop, or bonus scheme at any time without prior notice.
6.2. Decisions made by the Company regarding promotional disputes are final and non-appealable.
6.3. The Company is not responsible for any technical failures, system errors, or network issues that may prevent a User from participating in a promotion.
7.1. Every promotion has a specific start and end date. If a User fails to meet the requirements within the specified timeframe, the bonus/airdrop will expire and be removed from the account.
