1. Game Integrity Audit: Aldex Win Ltd reserves the right to subject any extraordinary winnings, high-multiplier payouts, or suspicious betting patterns to a mandatory technical audit conducted by our software provider (SoftSwiss).
2. Verification Timelines: The validation process for game integrity may take up to 3 (three) business days from the receipt of the initial provider report. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days for the purpose of technical audits.
3. Temporary Suspension of Withdrawals: During the audit period, the withdrawal option for the funds in question will be temporarily suspended to ensure the transparency and security of the process. Once the legitimacy of the win is confirmed by the Fair Play department, funds will be released in accordance with the daily and monthly withdrawal limits established on our platform.
4. Final Resolution: The decision issued by the software provider (SoftSwiss) and ratified by our Security Department is final and binding. Any attempt at fraud, system manipulation, or exploitation of software glitches will result in the voiding of winnings and the permanent closure of the account, pursuant to license ALSI-202512034-FI1 and company registration 16207.
